Newport NOAA
Newport is pretty quiet now, but once NOAA arrives, it's going to be pretty busy! With the fabulous acquarium already there, Newport, Oregon is going to be a fantastic ocean science location. We already loved Yaquina Head, not to mention Sylvia Beach Hotel, and now, wow!

I see you're keeping up with NOAA happenings in Newport.
I removed the offending It's Time for a Toast authorship from Jackie's resume/profile.
Been back here two days in PDX. Finally cooling off.
Got my condo back in order before I left. Hurray! While I was there I cleaned three closets and got the mold off the ceiling in the bathroom and added grout to the tiles in the kitchen. I had been there from July 16 to Aug 4. That's a long time.
Before we left we had dinner with Brenda and her friend Verna, who is an excellent cook. While at the beach we made two trips to Warrenton, mostly about Costco, three trips to Manzanita, mostly about Manzanita News and Espresso chocolate brownies by Wanda's Cafe of Nehalem. Also stopped twice in Cannon Beach. Mentally acquired the property at 295 Sitka. They want $2.1 M and the the taxes are 8 grand. But seniors can get those deferred I think...
Here's the link to the property, but you really have to see the views and the landscaping:
